Summary (Billy storyline only): Cat meets Billy's father, an ex-convict named Griff at the police station. She encourages Billy to reconcile with his father but he refuses to believe that his father has changed. Griff shows up at Alex's house, helping to prepare Thanksgiving dinner.
Notable: Jacob Loyst guest starred in the episodes "A Perfectly Reasonable Explanation" and "Change of Life" as Little Evan. He had previously played Harry McKenna in EC's series, McKenna (1994).
